TK MAXX

Detailed design & store roll out

Having been a presence on the high street since 1994, TK Maxx had built a sizeable business based on affordable fashion. However, the company recognised that the model had reached its saturation; other competitors were beginning to deliver the same value proposition, but with a far better in-store customer experience. This lead to TK Maxx beginning to see a decline in customer numbers. The challenge was clear to the business that the brand needed to be refreshed and repositioned at all levels – from the buying process through to customer delivery.

Working closely with the in-house design team, 15 current stores were refurbished and new stores rolled out in the UK and abroad
